The Intermission: Artful Happy Hour” 6-9p
Decompress and relax after work at the August Wilson African American Cultural Center.  Start the evening with live music, gallery tours, bites and bar service and guest DJs at our mixer for the professional set every third Thursday of the month!

“The Second Act” 9p-12a
The Second Act changes the pace on the third Thursday with hip-hop, classic throwbacks, art, and the city’s hottest DJs. Calling all socialites that can transform the museum to the club in a moment’s notice!

Closing Reception for Onna-Bugeisha: Warriors of Light

Join us for a final view of the Onna-Bugeisha: Warriors of Light exhibit with a closing reception featuring a conversation with artists Tim Okamura, Wildcat Ebony Brown, and guest curator Karla Ferguson. Enjoy music, drinks, and a very special performance of Japanese and African drumming ensembles by The Legacy Arts Project and Pittsburgh Taiko.
