Cultural District Gallery Crawl: Kinselland Radio

Kinselland Radio is a vinyl-driven sonic experience created by Anqwenique and DS Kinsel. Listening to their hearts and trusting their hands to guide the groove, Anqwenique and DS take listeners on a journey through throwback deep cuts of classical, jazz, hip hop, rhythm and blues, rock, and retro pop. Kinselland’s vinyl collection is a blend of ancestral inheritance and personal crate-digging discoveries. Kinselland has performed at venues including The Ace Hotel Pittsburgh, Con Alma, Quantum Theatre’s Q Ball Fundraiser, Apteka, Carnegie Museum of Art, and The Westmoreland Museum of American Art.

For the March 28th Cultural District Gallery Crawl, Kinselland Radio will curate a musical selection that mirrors August Wilson’s personal collection, as archived in the August Wilson Archive, seamlessly intertwined with their own.
