Join us for the next edition of Storytime Spotlight featuring young writer Hannah Walker and her poem, When Freedom Flies. A former participant in AWAACC’s Youth Writers Camp, Hannah returns to share her work in a special program celebrating young voices, creativity, and the power of storytelling.
Storytime Spotlight is AWAACC’s educational series highlighting Black and Brown children’s book authors through live readings, songs, rhymes, and conversations. The series is moderated by Dr. Cathryn Calhoun, AWAACC’s Director of Education and Community Engagement, and Keah Adams, AWAACC’s Senior Manager of Education and Community Engagement.
