Jean Wright II, PsyD, is a transformational, experienced and professionally trained Clinical and Forensic Psychologist with over 25 years of experience in behavioral health and proven success in passionately leading people and managing projects and initiatives in government, public health, private practice, academia, and as Assistant Professor and Clinical Faculty for Temple University. As a behavioral health consultant, facilitator and trainer, Dr. Wright utilizes his ground-breaking approach—The Wright Methods to solve problems that adversely impact individuals, organizations, and communities.

Dr. Wright is a highly sought out and in-demand speaker, trainer, and consultant. He has provided testimony at the White House, during two presidential administrations and other state governments, as an expert on Mental Health and Re-Entry initiatives. Dr. Wright travels globally as a speaker on health and wellness, conflict resolution and restorative practices. Additionally, he consults with various government entities as a clinical and forensic psychologist regarding best practices, particularly within the judicial system and public health.

Dr. Wright shares his ground-breaking method for building effective teams, interpersonal relationships, and equitable systems. He works with for-profit, not-for-profit, academic, faith-based organizations, community and mental health programs, families, and individuals using The WRIGHT Method℠ that has endeared him to audiences throughout the nation and worldwide, to create a more enriching reality and existence for all. He conducts interactive and highly charged seminars, workshops, and training on a variety of topics related to behavioral health and wellness, population health education, and trauma-informed care for a diverse group of clienteles throughout the United States and internationally.

Dr. Wright is CEO of Mental Health Success Boost, LLC, which focuses on research in human behavior, developing content for training(s), webinars, and programs using an integrated approach to health and wellness across the lifespan. Dr. Wright’s skill in delivering mission-critical results in direct clinical care, supervision and management has added to his success in contributing as a subject matter expert for media such as WDAS FM in Philadelphia, where he is a regular contributor on “Headlines” with Frankie Darcell, a weekly radio program; and on cable TV programs such as “A Multitude of Counselors,” on faith network, Three Angels Broadcast Network (3ABN), providing content on behavioral health and faith. Dr. Wright is a regular contributor to journals, educational newsletters, and faith-based magazines, where his focus is on the connection between psychology, faith, and spirituality.

Dr. Wright is the author of the book: Find Strength in Your Struggle: Discover The Miracle in You, which highlights his concept of “spiritual depression” and how it impacts the spiritual core of people from all levels of society. He is also a Co-Editor of the book, University and Public Behavioral Health Organization Collaboration in Justice Contexts, Oxford University Press (UK).
