The August Wilson African American Cultural Center invites local Pittsburgh-based artists to submit for performance opportunities as part of our upcoming programming seasons. Selected artists may be featured in community concerts, restaurant pop-ups during our Jazz Crawl, and in special events leading up to the Pittsburgh International Jazz Festival.

Eligibility:

  • Must be Pittsburgh-based
  • Band size: 2–6 members (instrumental/vocal), 18+ only
  • Work sample must reflect the current band lineup

Submissions will be reviewed by our staff, programming team, and select artists. Qualified applicants will be contacted on a rolling basis as performance opportunities arise.
